ITEM NO: [04-CANI-MSK]

DESCRIPTION: A singular papier-mâché construct representing a canine-like entity, finished in a high-saturation obsidian pigment with stark ochre and crimson ocular accents. This unit is an original work by A.PUURA.A (Katrien Buyle), featuring hand-moulded structural details and integrated visual apertures. The interior reveals a raw cellulose texture with official archival markings.

CONDITION:Stable / High-Fidelity. The unit is structurally sound with its original hanging tether intact. The internal branding is clearly legible, and the surface finish shows only intentional artisanal irregularities

SITE MANAGER’S NOTES: This is not a standard ceremonial mask. Recovered from the Upper District near Sector 4, the A.PUURA.A construct is a primary example of an "Ecological Proxy". While it appears inert, sensors at the Benoni Site have recorded a sympathetic resonance between this mask and the 84% opacity flicker observed in the primary sinkhole.

The "clucking" sound reported near other canine units has not yet been detected here, but the wide-set ocular apertures suggest a field of vision that extends into adjacent realities. It is highly recommended that this unit be displayed at eye level to maintain optimal Temporal Stability.
