ITEM NO: [07-ART-BUEN-V]
DESCRIPTION: A masterwork lithograph on archival paper, hand-signed by the artist (recto). Titled Valigia (Suitcase), this unit is a rare Author’s Proof (P.A.) featuring the Atelier A. Bueno blind stamp. Measuring 50 x 70 cm, the work depicts a singular, isolated vessel rendered in Bueno’s haunting neofigurative style.
CONDITION: Excellent / Historically Stable. Certified by the Archive A. Bueno. The paper remains crisp, showing no signs of "Reality Fraying" or temporal yellowing despite its age.
SITE MANAGER’S NOTES: To the untrained eye, this is a picture of luggage. To the Office of Continuity, it is a 1:1 blueprint for a container currently missing from the Benoni Site. Recovered from a gallery in Italy, this Valigia has a habit of "packing" nearby shadows into itself when left in a dark room.
The artist captures a state of permanent departure. Note that the suitcase has no owner; in the East Rand rupture, the luggage often arrives several decades before the traveller. We recommend framing this behind anti-reflective glass to prevent the "Low C" hum from vibrating the paper off the wall. Do not store near passports or open hallways.
